വരുന്ന കേന്ദ്ര ബജറ്റില്‍ നികുതി ഇളവുണ്ടാകുമെന്ന് ധനമന്ത്രി പി.ചിദംബരം അറിയിച്ചു.യു.പി.എ സര്‍ക്കാരിന്‍റെ മൂന്നര വര്‍ഷത്തെ ഭരണത്തിനിടെ നികുതി പിരിവ് ഗണ്യമായി വര്‍ധിച്ചത് കണക്കിലെടുത്താണ് നികുതി ദായകര്‍ക്ക് അനുകൂലമായ നിലപാട് സ്വീകരിക്കാന്‍ സര്‍ക്കാര്‍ തീരുമാനിച്ചത്.
സര്‍ക്കാരിന്‍റെ നിയമപരവും ഭരണപരവുമായ നടപടികളില്‍ പലതും നികുതിവരുമാനം വര്‍ധിക്കാനും രാജ്യത്തിന് സാന്പത്തിക ഭദ്രത നല്‍കാനും ഉപകരിച്ചെന്ന് ചിദംബരം അവകാശപ്പെട്ടു.
